We are a BC Athletics affiliated running club located on the Sunshine Coast of BC, enjoying trail running, road racing, cross country and track, and hosting a number of signature events. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities, from Port Mellon to Lund and everywhere in between. New members always welcome!

Fall 5k/10k Clinic starts July 22

PaceSetter Athletic

PaceSetter Athletic is hosting Learn to Run and Run Faster clinics plus a year-round run club, and local race series. Next clinic starts July 22: Fall 5k/10k. Get ready for Four Lakes 10k, Eastside 10k, 5-Dollar 5K Series, and other late summer/early fall 5k's or 10k's! Register in-store (online coming soon).

Summer/Fall Events Registration Open

Registration is open for the Summer 5-Dollar 5K Series hosted by PaceSetter Athletic! 4 more events to go: July 23 (Persephone), Aug 6 (Connor Park in Halfmoon Bay), Aug 20 (PaceSetter) and Sep 10 (Persephone). See FaceBook for details and registration.

BMO Sunshine Coast April Fool's Run, April 2, Gibsons

Our largest ever with 651 registrants! Beautiful sunny day (rare this year) and many happy runners and walkers. Full race report and results at

BMO St Patrick's Day 5k, March 18, Vancouver

This not to be missed themed event was as fun as ever, with the majority of participants wearing costumes or at least a lot of green! Rain held off and the sun even came out at the end.
